A library board of seven members is appointed to three-year terms by the Township Commissioners as provided for in the Library Code of the State of Pennsylvania. The board determines policies, goals and finances for the library. The library board generally meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 6 PM. Meetings are in the library meeting room.
