Friends Fund 2024 Programs and Events

The Friends have generously donated funds to pay for library programs, classes and events in 2024. Thank you to this wonderful group of volunteers for all their hard work and commitment to the library and the Ridley community.  To join the Library Friends group, please follow instructions below.

Book Sales

The Friends raise money to support library programs in a number of ways, including used book sales a few times per year. Books for adults, teens and children, plus DVDs, CDs and other items are available for purchase during these sales. All proceeds support important library programs for the Ridley Township community.  Check our calendar of events or social media pages for the next sale!

Become a Friend of Ridley Public Library

We need members of the community who want to support the library to join our Friends Group. You can be an active member by participating in activities or just join in order to show your support. The Friends Group provides a program of volunteer, promotion, and fundraising to assist with Library activities. They help acquire important materials, programs, and equipment beyond the scope of the library’s operating budget. The Friends Group also acts as an important advocate for the library within the community. Membership is only $10 for the year (12 months), simply complete this form and you can then pay online using PayPal or a Credit Card.
