Beginning June 1st we will be offering both CONTACTLESS CURBSIDE DELIVERY and IN-PERSON library service. Contactless Curbside Delivery means books and other items can be ordered by phone (610-583-0593), by email (RidleyLibrary100@gmail.com) or by using our online form (https://ridleylibrary.org/ridley-library-curbside-pick-up-2/). We will collect your items and deliver them to you outside the front door of the building. In-Person Service means patrons will be allowed inside the building to use the library as normal. At this time masks are required for ALL patrons entering the library.
New Extended Library Hours: M,W: 10am-7pm; T,Th,F: 10am-5pm; Sat: 9am-1pm
More computers have been made available and reservations are no longer needed.
The Quiet Room and general library seating are now available. The large Meeting Room is not available at this time. Our newspaper and magazine collection is available for extended reading.
Hotspots are available for 3 days ($6), 1 week ($10), 2 weeks ($20) and 1 month ($30) check out periods. These devices are able to be reserved in advance. We also have a few county owned free Hotspots that may be available to check out for 3 week periods. These Hotspots may or may not be at the library on a given day. Any Hotspot not returned after the due date will be shut off. Fines will be $3/day for RT Hotspots and $.25/day for the county owned Hotspots.
We will still offer our Faxing service ($1/page) plus scanning (no charge) and remote printing ($.15/copy). Our Notary will be available during most of our open hours. Please call ahead to check availability. The charge for all notarizations is $5.
We will still have many online events and programs and some in-person programs during the upcoming months. Please check our Facebook Events page or www.ridleylibrary.org for a full list of events and programs. We will be available for Reference questions online, over the phone, or in person during our in-person business hours.
